At the cost of $300 you will be able to enter here and be giving 10 Safari Balls. When you run out of balls then the thread will be close and you will have to pay again in order to do some more catching. You will have a better chance at running into rare Pokemon here and after beating the Elite Four you may get lucky and run into Legendaries.
