Gym The Cerulean City Gym is one of the gyms of the Kanto region. This gym is properly activated only after encountering Misty on Route 25 and retrieving the Machine Part hidden in the gym by a Team Rocket Member. Inside the gym is a swimming pool you need to navigate with Surf or you can walk around until you reach the Gym Leader; Misty. Earning the Cascade Badge does not give access to any hidden moves outside of battle.
