Lavender Town is a town located on the eastern part of Kanto. This town has changed a lot over time and has a cemetary for deceased Pokémon in a house.
Name Rater Located within this town is the Name Rater who will aid in the changing of the names of the Pokémon you have caught
Radio Tower Also in this town is the Radio Tower of Kanto. This Radio Tower is blocked off after the incident in the Radio Tower of Johto but you are given the Expansion Card for the PokéGear here
